World Duty Free is committed to maintaining and improving the levels of customer service from its 90 stores across the UK. We are looking for people to take the role of Mystery Shopper for us. You will play the part of a customer, shopping in our stores, assessing the service of our team members, and providing feedback to us on your service experience.
The great aspect of this role, is you can be really flexible when you make your store visits. You will be flying to and from other UK based airports where World Duty Free stores are located, completing reports on the stores.
We need our Mystery Shoppers to be articulate and be able to provide really good quality feedback on the service behaviours and shopping experience. You will play a key part in supporting the development of our team members in store, and improving the service levels we provide to our customers.
Access to Email and Microsoft Excel is essential to complete the reports.
