Our store in Enterprise House is open Monday to Friday, with weekends and bank holidays off. You would be working in a busy office environment within the airport, working as a part of a small team, delivering fast paced service, engaging with customers and delivering excellent coffees. After obtaining your airport pass, you’ll be entitled to buy discounted local travel cards with up to 80% discount on your commute to work with savings of up to £6000 a year compared with driving in every day by car. As part of the Stansted Airport community, you will also be entitled to free English and Maths courses up to a Level 2, the equivalent to a GCSE A*-C grade.
It’s also very important that you are able to commute to the Airport via public or personal transportation so please make sure you explore your potential journey before applying!

In return, we will give you full training by our dedicated in store Maestros or our training team on everything from how to make an Espresso through to a decaf soya Latte! So industry experience isn’t essential. Over 80% of our current Store Managers started out as Baristas and Shift Leaders. And with our ambitious growth plans to open around 50 stores in the UK each year, we’ll give you every opportunity to develop.
