Stansted (part of Manchester Airports Group, MAG) is seeking a pro-active, enthused and experienced recruitment professional to join the HR team. As part of a MAG centralised recruitment team based at Manchester airport this role remotely leads recruitment at Stansted, providing a high-quality service to stakeholders and is committed to continually maximising the candidate experience.

As the successful candidate, you will thrive in attracting outstanding talent, partnering closely with stakeholders to understanding business resource requirements to deliver these in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You will work as part of a wider Recruitment Team, manage a local HR Assistant and deliver colleague and leadership recruitment at Stansted.

The Role

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, advising and contributing to key decisions. You will advise on appropriate selection tools to incorporate assessment against M.A.G’s Values and Behaviours and manage the full offer and feedback process.

You will have a Talent lens, ensuring internal talent pipelines are appropriately considered for opportunities. Alongside this you will lead on local and group recruitment initiatives to ensure new innovative recruitment channels are discovered and leveraged to drive the best possible recruitment solution.

As a proactive recruiter, you will partner the HR team to provide comprehensive insight in relation to market intelligence, including demand and supply of candidates, competition, reward and other requested analysis to assist in the overall management of the People strategy at M.A.G.



The successful candidate will have significant recruitment experience, ideally including inhouse and agency. You will have demonstrable examples of managing multiple vacancies across various disciplines ensuring hiring managers receive a first-class recruitment service. You will also be able to share examples of where you have added value and provided cost savings through your recruitment initiatives.

Alongside these skills, you will be highly knowledgeable around recruitment and talent best practice, and be driven to source new and hone existing candidate channels to drive recruitment solutions.
