Job Description


To be the customers main point of contact ensuring we are meeting client needs and providing an
excellent level of customer service


• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
• Creating opportunities with new (potential) customers. Finding new work within the industry and
finding new customers within similar industries
• Looking for opportunities for further sales within current key clients
• Informing companies about the company capabilities and notifying of any new/or discontinued
processes and capacity
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Working closely with General Managers, Project Managers and the Commercial Director to ensure
client requirements are met
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
• Being involved in the tendering process and submitting the quotation back to customers
• Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
• Previous experience working in sales and a track record of managing client relationships
• Experience in engineering, ideally within an aerospace manufacturing environment or similar
• The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic and the ambition to secure business
• Some knowledge of CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication
