Working closely with the Car Park Support Manager, this role will ensure that colleagues are fully trained and continually assessed whilst ensuring that their roles are carried out safely, efficiently and in a way which proactively improves performance and enhances the customer experience. You will liaise with Resource Scheduling to strategically plan timings for colleague training and annual refreshers that do not impact the delivery of the operation. You will need to keep records of all training delivered and ensure that our colleagues are trained and refreshed within the given timeframes.

In partnership with Stansted Trainers, this role offers the opportunity to support training across the Car Parks Operation. You will deploy a variety of training methods that address all needs and assess future training needs through job analysis. This role will support the yearly driving assessment programme and deliver a range of soft skills training, including Customer Services, Key Master and Reception. We ask you actively challenge unsafe driving practices and challenge customer service levels from colleagues.
