We are looking for a professional and highly organised individual to join the Car Park Operations team as an Key Master/Auditor.

 

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the effective control, security and safekeeping of Meet & Greet customer vehicle keys, ensuring robust end to end processes are implemented and maintained with the ability to make recommendations to improve efficiencies. Alongside this you will be expected to provide administration support & ensure all vehicle movements are monitored and tracked.

 

This will be a varied role where you will need to manage your time effectively, have great communication skills and be prepared to work in a fast paced & busy environment.

 

What does the Key Master/Auditor role entail?

 

The responsibilities of a Key Master/Auditor include:

 

  • To be accountable for the safe movement and secure storage of Meet & Greet customer vehicles, ensuring that this is undertaken in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
     
  • Interrogate the ParkIt system arrivals data by return date list and calculate the required lanes for the day’s arrivals, reviewing the system to ensure that the day’s plans continue to be fit for purpose.
     
  • On a daily / hourly basis monitor and adjust the ParkIt system where necessary to maximise storage capacity.
     
  • Ensuring that the key operation stays ahead of the operation to ensure contingency for early or late arrivals.
     
  • Utilise the ParkIt hierarchy to identify which lanes are available and decide which lanes are to be allocated to correspond with the daily returns.
     
  • Oversee the Meet & Greet arrival and departure lanes and bays, ensuring the optimum utilisation of available parking spaces and flow of vehicle movements.
     
  • Responsible for ensuring that the key controllers correctly allocate keys to drivers making sure that their movement and correct location are recorded on the ParkIt system, considering the location of the return vehicle to minimise driver journey time.
     
  • Ensure the effective and efficient use the ParkIt system for recording and auditing vehicles, keys and lanes and car location.
     
  • Administer all early returns ensuring the speedy return of the customer vehicle to minimise customer waiting time. Prepare the following day’s return keys.
     

What does the ideal candidate look like?

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to work under pressure and multi task, whilst being a reliable team member.

 

You will be able to work on your own with minimum supervision. You will have great computer skills with a logical and methodical approach. Previous experience in a face to face customer service role is essential coupled with strong administration skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse environment. You will be able to work flexibly and have excellent organisational skills.

 

It is preferable that you hold a full UK driving license that you have held for at least years with no more 3 points on it.

 

Salary: £10.61 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance) rising to £11.75 (inclusive of shift allowance) after successfully completing the probationary period.  Please note - this is paid and shown on payslips as an annual salary
