It will be your personal responsibility to ensure our customers start off their journeys at the Airport with the very best VIP experience.

About the role – What will you actually be doing?

 

  • Assist the lounge team with the delivery of an excellent lounge experience.
  • Provide promote and courteous service to the customer at all times.
  • To ensure stock is replenished from the stores and kitchen as required.
  • Ensure the individual offers are well merchandised and presented with high levels of cleanliness both front and back of house.
  • Respond to guest feedback positively and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure areas are maintained, secure, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist the kitchen team with loading the dishwasher and pot wash.
  • Assist with clearing and organising the kitchen ensuring a high standard of hygiene. Ensure floors are swept, mopped or vacuumed and ensure equipment is cleaned, sanitised and stored correctly.
  • To work flexibly on the rota, with hours arranged based on the first flight and last flight of the day, typically shifts are advised one month in advance.  

 

About you - What are we looking for?

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar a role is desirable.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old

Working Hours

 

You will be required to work a range of shifts. Early shifts can start as early as 3.30am and late shifts can finish as late as 10.00pm. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week so we require full flexibility to work on a diverse roster which will be issued 1 month in advance.

 

Please note salary will be paid and shown on payslips as annual salary represented as basic salary plus 17.5% shift allowance. Salary of £9.10 plus 17.5% shift allowance totalling £10.69 per hour.
