Job Description

Working on the 24x7 booking desk within the terminal building.

Dealing with enquiries/bookings for taxi journeys in person and via the telephone.


Job requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Computer Literate
  • Must be Reliable and Punctual


Work Pattern:

Shift Based – 6 on / 3 off, (3 x 11:00 – 20:00, 3 x 16:00 – 01:00, 3 x off), this is a permanent position, the shifts change from 11:00 – 20:00 to 09:00 – 18:00 for the Summer Season (May to October).
