GUK Aviation is currently looking for Support Services Team Members to join our Stansted operations. Ideally you will have had experience in a customer facing role or operational environment. However, training will be provided to suitable candidates demonstrating the required skill set
Working within this demanding and constantly evolving discipline you will be required to work various shifts across a 24-hour period within a number of duties across the Airport operation. You will need to demonstrate a highly responsive, flexible and professional approach at all times.
Within this role your duties will include but not be limited to; meeting & greeting customers at car drop off and pick up locations. assist with the management of queues in the check-in zones & Arrivals keeping walkways and exits clear and customers queuing efficiently. Work with airport management to deploy appropriate business resilience plans & contingencies.
This role, while physically demanding at times but is critical to ensure effective operational day-to-day frontline services for our client , so If you have the skills and passion to deliver outstanding customer services at every turn, then we have opportunities that can lead to a successful career within an airport environment
