Arriva are pleased to announce their brand-new service from Stansted Airport, and we are currently looking for eighteen Customer Service Advisors to promote and sell Arriva tickets for the new Coach service between Liverpool Street and Stansted.
The successful candidate, whilst predominantly working from Stansted Airport, must be prepared to work at Liverpool Street and Stratford International as required and be aware that this is a 24/7 service with a variety of day and night shifts including weekends / Bank Holidays, so flexibility is a necessity.

First class customer service skills
Multilingual skills, peaking more then one language at a high level.
Confidence in your own ability to drive ticket sales as this will be a target-based role.
