Responsible for maintaining the reception area to a high standard; security clearance for visitors and vehicles; all aspects of liaison and ensuring first class customer care on behalf of Harrods Aviation.
Duties include, but are not limited to: - - Ensure that all tasks and duties are completed during the scheduled shifts in an efficient manner.
The FBO operates 365 days a year. Customer Service Support are required to work a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, to include weekends and bank holidays. The standard shift is 5 1/2 hours (earliest start time is 07:00, latest finish time is 19:00) and the average working week is 25 hours.
Overtime as and when required is agreed with management in advance, for which you will receive overtime or lieu time.
