Job Description

Responsible for maintaining the reception area to a high standard; security clearance for visitors and vehicles; all aspects of liaison and ensuring first class customer care on behalf of Harrods Aviation.

Duties include, but are not limited to: - - Ensure that all tasks and duties are completed during the scheduled shifts in an efficient manner.

  • Taking ownership of problems and dealing with them in a professional manner.
  • Processing customer requests, under the direction of the Leading CSA.
  • Using and operating communications equipment.
  • Cross selling of additional services supplied by Harrods Aviation.
  • Performing functions related to the front of house area of the business such as reception, lounge duties, Gate 2 operation.
  • Ensure you are aware of passengers that are due to arrive for a departure and be ready to receive them.
  • Assist customers who require help in loading / unloading their luggage into cabs or private cars.
  • Driving company vehicles for passengers and crew.
  • Ensure vehicles, lounges and all areas are kept clean and tidy.

The FBO operates 365 days a year. Customer Service Support are required to work a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, to include weekends and bank holidays. The standard shift is 5 1/2 hours (earliest start time is 07:00, latest finish time is 19:00) and the average working week is 25 hours.

Overtime as and when required is agreed with management in advance, for which you will receive overtime or lieu time.

We are also looking for the following skills and experience: - - Customer service background in a service providing industry (desirable experience - Hospitality / Aviation / Cabin Crew or Airline / Leisure / Hotels / VVIP)

  • Demonstrable experience of working Front of House
  • IT literacy (Word / Excel)
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • If not first language, English must be spoken / written to a fluent standard
