About the role:
As our business is growing, and our passenger numbers are increasing, we are seeking pro-active, customer focused and motivated individuals to join our Security Team at Stansted. Duties will include but are not limited to:

If you are successful in the role you will be made a conditional offer subject to pre-employment checks and successful completion of your training. Background checks will include a criminal record check, five year referencing history, counter terrorism check and a pre-employment medical.
We are currently offering permanent, annualised hours contracts. Our annualised hours ‘super-flex’ contracts are based on a guaranteed minimum of 1040 hours a year, which equates to an average of 20 hours a week. You will be paid monthly in arrears for the exact hours you have worked. Due to the seasonal fluctuation in our passenger volumes, colleagues on super-flex contracts are likely to work more hours per week than average during Easter, summer and Christmas, and slightly fewer hours in quieter winter months such as January and November. Rosters are provisionally set approximately four to eight weeks in advance, but both hours and shift patterns can change with up to a minimum of a week’s notice.
In recognition of this flexibility, super-flex contracts attract a shift premium of 27.5% paid on the 1040 guaranteed hours worked each year. Our rate of pay is:
£10.19 rising to £11.29 (after three months), plus shift allowance of (27.5%). Please note - this will be paid and shown on payslips as a set monthly value.
