As a Resource Scheduling Supervisor, you will ensure the Resource Scheduling department is run efficiently and in delivered in a way which proactively improves performance and the stakeholder experience. This role will develop, lead and support Resource Scheduling colleagues to drive engagement.

This role will ensure Resource Scheduling colleagues deliver detailed staffing plans and operational performance in line with budgets. You will monitor daily tasks, including planning and resource utilisation, taking corrective action where necessary to ensure key performance measures are met. A culture of continuous improvement is key and you will encourage innovation to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experience. You will translate colleague feedback and ideas into practical solutions which can be adopted by the operation.
To be successful in this role you will need a keen eye for detail, ability to analyse and interpret data, understanding of processes and systems. You would also benefit from experience of supervising a team. You will be able to give feedback, develop two-way communications and deliver messages in a sensitive way both to individuals and teams. As a natural leader, you will build effective, lasting professional relationships with stakeholders and colleagues and flourish a high paced, challenging and changing environment.
