“The course itself was very informative, and even though I have worked at Stansted previously, it had a lot to teach me. The interview techniques on the last day helped a lot too!

After the course, I was delighted when I got offered a position with GUK. The position is ‘Baggage Handler’, but the company are also responsible for security and ensuring the safety of passengers as they make their way to their flights - this means I have the option to move into security roles and gain more experience as I go.

I was offered a position straight away, being told I was the perfect applicant… and that I could progress into airport security in the future.
